Eggs from threads and pva glue teapot. DIY Easter eggs: eggs from threads. We make a decorative egg from threads from a foam blank

Talismans, charms, amulets

Holidays are always pleasant and fun. Recently, it has become especially popular to decorate the interior thematically, which even more sets the mood for the holiday. One of the main Easter elements is the egg, which can also be used in decoration. So, for example, you can make a “model” of an egg from threads.

For work we need:

  • The basis is a plastic package of children's sweets in the shape of an egg. It is easy to work with, as it is divided into two parts and does not require additional processing for easy separation of the product from the threads.
  • Threads. You can take any thread, but remember: the thinner the thread, the longer and more laborious the work.
  • PVA glue. When dry, this glue is easy to separate from the mold.
  • Tassel. It will allow you to work out the details more accurately and get your fingers dirty less.
  • Glue container. Not a mandatory element, intended only to simplify the work with glue.
  • Scissors.
To begin with, with the help of glue, we fix one end of a small rope on one of our base halves.

Then, with a brush, we lubricate the circumference of the base with glue for the first row of the thread and carefully lay it out.

Moving on to the second row, you can make a small “entry” to the beginning of the thread to get a solid circle.
When forming each subsequent row, we lubricate with glue not only the base, but also the underlying thread. It is not necessary to pull the thread strongly so that the rows do not separate from each other.

Laying out the thread on the "top" of the form, if necessary, you can adjust the shape of the rows.

We cut the thread, leaving a small segment, which we then lay out inside to complete the shape.

The second end of the rope, for which the craft will be hung, is already fixed in a known way to the second half of the plastic egg mold.

We glue this shape with threads in the same way.

After waiting for the glue to dry (6-12 hours - depending on how much glue you used), carefully separate the product from the mold.

From the glue, the edges of the joints will turn out flat, grease them with glue and connect the two halves of the woolen egg.

To make an Easter craft using the Kanzanshi technique, you will need:

  • Quality satin ribbon
  • sharp scissors
  • sewing pins
  • foam mold
  • Lighter

So:

  • First of all, cut the satin ribbon into pieces and singe their edges with a lighter (if you want, you can replace the lighter with a candle).
  • Next, fold each square in such a way that it makes a triangle, and then bend its edges to the middle, burn them with a flame and press them well together.
  • As a result, you should get blanks that visually resemble small flower petals.
  • The petals prepared in this way must be taken one at a time, applied to the foam mold and fixed with a pin.

To do this, you will need to press your finger on the center of the circle and gently bend it outward.

After that, in the same way, you will need to make the other half of the festive product, and then glue them together with glue. The second method is more complicated, but the result will be more interesting. In this case, you will first need to make a plaster blank, prepare a three-dimensional decor from paper, and then fix it with glue.

How to make crafts for Easter: unusual voluminous openwork multi-colored eggs from threads with your own hands.

Easter crafts - eggs

Easter eggs are the main attribute of the Easter holiday, as well as postcards and other Easter crafts that children make for this holiday in kindergartens, schools or at home with their parents.

On this day, it is customary to give Easter eggs and souvenirs to relatives, friends and acquaintances.

Since ancient times, they have been trying to make them very beautiful, for example, each Easter egg is a whole work of art, they were cherished and kept for a whole year, until the next holiday.

Crafts with Easter eggs can be done in the most different techniques and from the most different materials, and they will delight and remind you of the holiday for more than one year.

How to make an egg with your own hands

The threads make very unusual eggs - souvenirs that can be given to someone or used as a festive home decor.

First way

  • Prepare the base - inflate the balloon. What size the inflated balloon will be, the egg will be the same size.
  • After that, the threads (it is better to use the threads "Iris", "mulina", but even ordinary sewing threads will do) soak with PVA glue or paste and wrap the base with them.
  • Leave the base to dry for about a day.
  • After the threads are completely dry, pierce the ball and take it out through the holes between the threads.

Second way

My daughter and I tried to make such eggs in a more complicated way: using an empty eggshell as a base, although the ball method is faster and easier.

Preparing an empty eggshell: make a hole in a raw egg, pour out the contents, wash and dry the shell.

When using eggshell as a base, it must first be smeared fat cream for hands, and then wrap it with threads soaked in glue or paste (daughter does this in the photo).

After the threads have dried, break the shell piece by piece with nail scissors through the holes between the threads. Start from the edge of the hole through which the contents were removed from the shell.

As an experiment, we used a paste for some eggs, and PVA for others. With the design turned out stronger and tougher.

We tried with our daughter to treat the shell wrapped with threads in fabulous ways, for example, as with the Frog Princess - throw it on the ground. Or wave your tail like a mouse so that the testicle falls and breaks. But the testicle, protected by threads, refused to break. I had to use scissors.

Eggs from threads can be decorated as desired , rhinestones, sequins, flowers and butterflies, etc.

Home decoration for Easter

Can do Easter composition by placing eggs from threads in a beautiful vase, basket or on a knitted napkin.

Because thread eggs are very light, almost weightless, you can make original ones out of them holiday decorations for the Easter home: a garland, a mobile, or hang them on threads on a branch in a vase.
