When there is no person to tie shoelaces. Disclosure: Scientists have figured out why the shoelaces are constantly untied. Hidden knot lacing

Anti-colorados

When the war with the Russian Federation began, and for the first time it became obvious that the enemy’s regular army was fighting with us, victorious reports rushed from the other side that they had brought Ukraine to its knees. They already had euphoria, and it seemed that they would press a little more and victory would be in their pocket. But a little later, the aggressor realized that Ukraine was not on its knees, it was simply tying its shoelaces.

This year, more than ever, there was a lot of talk about how the parade rehearsals went, so it’s simply impossible to ignore the parade itself. The parade has not yet taken place, and in Moscow the Ministry of Foreign Affairs threw a kilogram of yeast into the most primordial and spiritual point of the Russian Federation - a cesspool.

As one would expect, Masha Zakharova made sounds that suggested indignation at the new army salute "Glory to Ukraine". It is clear that these figures have no idea what and where it came from, and what it means, because this is not their history, and it does not concern them. She again gave out her fairy tale about the Nazis and other set of stamped nonsense. But there are two points here that should be clear to any reasonable person and vice versa - they will never reach the inhabitant of the forest.

The first point is purely philological. The greeting consists of two words, one of which is the name of the country - one of the first members and co-founder of the UN - a country recognized by the whole world, including such a dense garbage dump as the Russian Federation. The second word is "glory", which was part of the names of our ancestors - princes: Svyatoslav, Mstislav, Yaroslav, and so on, and it meant something like honor. That is, the greeting consists of two words and means honoring one's homeland. What the Muscovites found offensive there is hard to understand. We glorify our Motherland and do not ask anyone how to do it, and whether it is worth doing it at all.

The second point concerns already some aspects of clinical psychiatry. If you yourself are sitting up to your ears in a cesspool and trying to convict someone of the fact that he smells bad, this is already completely neglected, and most likely an irreversible disease. Moreover, we not only do not point out to them how they imagine the beauty of their cesspool there, but we don’t do it because we don’t give a damn about it completely and irrevocably. We don't care that they are happy that for 20 years in a row they have been ruled by the same idiot, and it looks like it will be an endless rule or rule until the collapse of Muscovy. Putin's new models will replace those already worn out and shabby, and this circus will continue. We don't point it out to them. Like - play your games. We do not interfere with you, and you do not interfere with us.

But Moscow is trying to tell something like that, to be indignant and to demand in relation to all its neighbors. She never reconciled herself to the fact that the former Soviet empire had died and disintegrated completely and completely. Shouts from the Russian Federation sound in such a tone, as if they still rule their colonies. At the same time, they should carefully monitor how the process of the collapse of the empire will continue further, already on their territory. But that is their business. All these indignations of Putin, Lavrov, Zakharov or any other figures will either remain unanswered and will be like the ringing of an annoying fly over the favorite material of a famous sculptor, or they will receive a three-finger construction in response. Recently, this three-fingered figure has increasingly replaced the answer to the Kremlin. Now, if in Moscow they want to get a heavy slap in the face in return, which will certainly knock the dust out of their ears, they know where they need to go. It is Merkel, Trump or Macron who will play political correctness, and Ukraine will send, and is already sending very confidently, to a well-known topographic address.

Not in vain, after Zakharova was fed into the depths of the Russian masses of sewage, they exploded just like a bomb. For example, on the air of the Russia 1 program, one of the imperial snouts yells in falsetto that he does not understand why his country has been fighting in Ukraine for four years and, being a nuclear power, has not yet used nuclear weapons on Kiev.

This is quietly released on the air, and the audience is already shaking with pride for this fat man. At the same time, there is a cognitive dissonance with the same TV, which a month ago showed a "religious" procession in honor of the 1030th anniversary of the baptism of Rus'. That is, the fat man offered to destroy the place where Rus' and Orthodoxy came from. A month ago, in the same studio, they told how they love Ukraine, Kiev and all that, but they regretted that they “quarreled”, and now they are offering to destroy this very place with a nuclear strike. Tellingly, the herd there bleated approvingly both in the first and in the second case.

Moreover, the fat man immediately signed two seditious truths, which we have been talking about for four and a half years. First. Ukraine is fighting on its territory with the aggressor - Zalesye. The eccentric speaks precisely about this openly, they say - we have been fighting for four years, and no one, neither the presenters, nor the public, in general - no one was surprised by this. Everyone there knows and understands this, just as they understand that the term “civil war in Ukraine” is used as a cover. Second. The Moscow army could not do anything by conventional means and was stopped at those lines from which it would inevitably be driven out in the near future. Ukraine just showed that it is ready for this.

In general, this was the reaction to the training, and today there was a parade, and finally, in the fifth year of the war, all the accents were clearly and unconditionally placed.

Part 2

The overall impression of the parade just passed can only be more or less complete for those who saw the 2014 parade. At this time, the enemy was moving deep into the territory of Ukraine, sector “D” was collapsing, and it became clear to everyone that we were fighting not with bandits who had come from the Russian Federation, but with a regular army. At that moment, people needed to see that the army was alive and that one could hope for it. Around the same time, Kostya Grishin, who was wounded in the lower back, known by his stage name Syoma Semenchenko, a former Russian nationalist who ran in the Crimea from the corresponding party for deputies, led a round dance around Kiev and practiced the classic version of any war - inflating panic behind enemy lines . He and his audience even tried to block something near the Ministry of Defense and demanded to agree on a “green corridor” for the withdrawal of encircled troops, and then, going to meet Kostya and his fan group, they agreed on a green corridor. What came of it - everyone remembers very well. And none of those who walked around Kyiv and wringed their hands, primarily Grishin, shot themselves after it became known how that very corridor ended.

What is important to understand is that by August 24, the picture began to emerge that the nature of the war had completely changed then. It was no longer about the sabotage groups of the special forces of the Russian Federation or the bandit bastards that were financed by the Efremovs, Akhmetovs and others. Moscow launched an invasion, and this happened despite the assurances of Frau Merkel and Monsieur Hollande. It was a war, because in front of our troops, or rather, in their rear (near the troops of sector "D"), having crossed the border, there were groups of regular troops of the RF Armed Forces.

It was then that I wanted to look at who was walking along Khreschatyk at the parade. Moreover, the drama of the parade was that all these people immediately went to the front and which of them survived is a big question. I remember how this parade looked like, and how desperately the military marched, how the country's leadership, already knowing what was happening, tried to show confidence to all of us that the situation was difficult, but controlled, and how badly everyone was able to do it. After the video and photo evidence of the invasion of the Russian troops in the Crimea were replicated, it became clear that they had been preparing for this for a long time and that we were dealing with well-equipped infantrymen. Most of all, from the appearance of the enemy, I was personally alerted not even by the new camouflage and shoes everywhere, but by ballistic goggles. Moreover, it was clear that they are included in the kit. This is a small detail, but it says a lot. This means that the rear services have already changed clothes and shoes for all their troops, and it came down to personal security equipment.

If it came to ballistic glasses, then this meant that the fighters were provided with bulletproof vests, new helmets and other things. In general, we were opposed by the regular army, which we could only counter with people who had the minimum necessary, or volunteers who simply bought the minimum necessary for their money. Probably, everyone can remember the case when at work or at home they collected 20-50 hryvnias so that one of their friends could go to the front as prepared as possible. The situation was especially bad with adequate footwear. It was enough to look at the “oak” camouflage or a motley mixture of “Bundes”, hunting and still incomprehensible uniforms to understand how far we lagged behind the enemy on all these issues.

Yes, we had the will to fight, yes, we were ready to fight to the last. But it quickly became clear that our defense ministers, for all the years of independence, did not take care of purchasing bulletproof vests and first-aid kits with the necessary, modern contents. And then the hat again went in a circle to drag “armor”, helmets, hemostatic agents and so on across the border with a double bass.

By the way, it was that parade in 2014 that became the starting point for thousands and thousands of men and women who began to independently prepare for their own war with the occupier. I can personally testify to paintings in military equipment stores. Depending on the possibilities, people bought second-hand berets of the American or German army or expensive and high-quality shoes like "Danner". Then Danner's shoes were already very good, but there were times when it was problematic to buy your size. People left their phones to be alerted when the right size was available. Moreover, all this was done casually, without pathos. It was clear that these people had already rested, and you could not turn them off. They realized that the forces of the army might not be enough, and then it would be necessary to use their strength. If we managed to remember all this, then the current parade can already be viewed from that four-year distance and, in comparison, evaluate what we saw today.

Part 3

The parade that had just passed showed that the army, which was so diligently killed and robbed, began to recover and move faster than any part of our state. Today we saw not just the military packed from head to toe, in excellent physical shape and with cold confidence on their faces, we saw an army that woke up, remembered what it was created for, and now it will no longer be possible to make it what our political rubbish all the years of independence. The President noted that Ukraine spends over 5% of its budget on army building.

Let's remember what a fight and what a scandal Trump caused to his NATO colleagues for ignoring the obligation of two percent spending on the armed forces. He accused them of deciding to have their own security at the expense of others. And he - correctly said, there is nothing to argue about. Nevertheless, Germany became the head of the countries that tried to justify the obligations they violated by saying that 2% is too much for the economy, and these costs will slow down its development. There are not very many countries in the world that spend on defense at least as much as is provided for NATO countries, and 5% spend only a few. We are including. The volume of defense spending shows how much a country is really ready to fight. 5% say that the country is ready and will fight. Moreover, if there may still be discrepancies with offensive operations, then the readiness for defense, in this situation, can not be discussed.

Today we saw an army that understands the conditions under which the country is reviving it and at the same time is restoring its economy and reorienting economic ties from a conditional "taiga union" to a normal, civilized world. In general, even if our army was worse equipped and armed, we would still be proud of it, but now there is a feeling of calm. With the army - everything is in order. It is gaining momentum every year, month and day. There is no point in discussing the technical side of what was seen, it is clear without additional discussion, but what was said is worth additional attention.

Everyone has probably noticed how strikingly different the president’s speech today was from the speech on the same day a year or two ago, and especially from the speech he delivered in 2014. However, there are a few places in this speech that we would like to focus on.

We have already spoken more than once or twice about the conditionality of this holiday - Independence Day. Of course, we will have complete independence only when the last occupier leaves our land or remains in it, but there is another condition. The Baltic countries, freed from the scoop, announced the restoration of their statehood and independence. This was rightly done, since the next step was an exemplary restoration of the state when statehood and independence were interrupted. This gave rise to legal grounds for denying citizenship to persons who could not have ended up there had it not been for the occupation. Therefore, on August 24, 1991, statehood was restored. And here we had a very wide choice of interpretation of the place when statehood was interrupted due to the occupation.

Today, for the first time, such a formula was announced and the parade was dedicated to the centenary of the restoration of statehood. I mean the UNR, in 1918. But by and large, even then statehood was also restored, since Rus', with its capital in Kiev, was recognized by all large states of its time, and the daughters of Kiev princes became the wives of European monarchs. In addition to documentary evidence of the recognition of sovereignty, the marriages of the children of the first persons of the state were the actual confirmation of the recognition of the status of states.

But even the format of restoring statehood from the period of the Ukrainian People's Republic can and should also have consequences similar to those in the Baltic countries. As one can understand, the first decisive step has been taken in this respect today.

It is also important that today we have heard from the lips of our President the final formula of Ukraine's course. He announced a complete break in the chains that had fettered Ukraine to the empire for centuries. That is, the ornate expressions implicated in political correctness have already been completely discarded, and it has been clearly stated - we are breaking all ties with Muscovy, which has tried and is trying to use them as a noose. It is no longer just about the Western vector of development, but about complete liberation from the influence of the occupier, aggressor and executioner of Ukraine. Four years ago, it was simply hard to imagine that very soon we would hear exactly this, and behind these words there would be powerful and effective actions.

Part 4

By the way, we have already written about this twenty times, and finally the president voiced this thesis. Ukraine for Europe is by no means a freeloader, but an equal and powerful partner. It is she who stands on the border of civilization and that vile Asianism, into which Muscovy has finally turned. He stressed that Ukraine's capabilities in terms of defense will give NATO more profit than Ukraine, and it, in turn, needs an agreement on collective security from the Alliance, although, as everyone sees, Ukraine is able to provide it both for itself and for Europe already by their own strength.

And one more important accent, which is unlikely to be developed by anyone into a separate topic. We are talking about the fact that the president promised at the legislative and constitutional level to consolidate the irreversibility of the processes of both the restoration of the armed forces and the general vector of Ukraine's movement. Already in September, he promised to submit relevant bills for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.

This was the main message of his speech, but there is something that should have been considered after him. In fact, the president said that he considers it his main task to wrest Ukraine from the suffocating fetters of Putin and Muscovy, thereby doing what generations of our ancestors, in particular, Hetman Mazepa or the head of state of the OUN, Grushevsky, failed to do. Power was already in place and in operation, but could not hold out long enough to become irreversible. So, in his speech, the President speaks about the legislative consolidation of the irreversibility of this process.

Note that he does not say that “only I can ensure the progress of this process”, this can be done by the one whom the people of Ukraine elect, but whoever he elects, the heir will be forced to lead the country on the chosen course. Unlike what we see in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other post-Soviet countries, where they cling to the throne with a stranglehold, the president simply shows by his actions that he does not intend to fight for the first chair until the loss of decency. He just wants to create conditions under which Ukraine will no longer be able to end up in the Moscow “slave factory”.

This is an important message to society. It seems that those who know how to listen will hear what none of our presidents has said, namely that he is not going to take away the right to choose his people, even in a situation where this can be easily justified. Recall that even in the United States, during the Second World War, there was a fact of departure from this democratic institution, and President Roosevelt received an additional cadence. At the same time, this state of affairs did not surprise anyone, because a country at war should not experience a moment of uncertainty in the midst of a battle with the enemy. In this sense, Ukraine demonstrates its intention to go further than the United States and hold elections precisely at the time of repelling aggression.

And the last point worth noting. When the president spoke about how much trouble the aggressor in the person of the Russian Federation had caused us, and about the need to free ourselves from the last fetter of the Kremlin - the Moscow Patriarchate, the guest sector was attended by hierarchs of all confessions represented in Ukraine, in particular - the governor of the Moscow Patriarchate Onufry. The directors very accurately caught the moments and showed the priests at the very moment when harsh words were spoken against Muscovy and the Moscow church. The Moscow pop tried not to show his emotions, but it was evident from him how difficult it is. In general, he could not ignore this event, although it was completely and openly directed against his country and everything that stems from it. In the same guest sector, delegations from partner countries were present, in particular, the white mustache of John Bolton, whom we recently wrote about, was clearly visible there. Congratulations came to Ukraine from the leaders of all the leading countries of the world, and a number of these countries sent their military, who took part in the parade and demonstrated solidarity with Ukraine in its fight against the aggression of Muscovy.

This means that they believed in Ukraine, and they can no longer ignore it, which is why all these guests arrived at the parade. These countries understand the importance of the moment. They did not demonstrate this solidarity in the most difficult moments, when it was not yet clear whether Ukraine could survive. Now these doubts are gone, and it is simply impossible not to be present at the parade.

If this is clear to all these people behind whom their governments stand, then the question arises of where the leaders of the parliamentary factions were today, who promise a new course, prosperity and so on. It seems that everything that happened today in the center of Kyiv does not fit into their vision of the future of Ukraine. They see this future in a slightly different way, and without even naming the bald half-wit, whose eyes they see him, you can easily decide who needs all these courses and other rubbish.

And a purely emotional conclusion. Basically, our military are rather big guys, and when the president handed over the banners, it was clear that he did not stand out against the background of these heroes and did not look up at them. This is a trifle, but this world is created from such trifles.

Today we saw a strong and daring Ukraine. She has tied the laces on her ankle boots and carefully examines the enemy through the new night vision scope, her finger on the trigger. This Ukraine was created by me, you, he, they. It was created by all of us and we have something to be proud of.

Incredible Facts

For many years, psychologists have studied methods of manipulating people into doing certain things, and finally figured out what actually works.

Exist three effective methods of manipulation(read only to those who will use this information for good, and not with malicious intent):

1. "The Lesser Evil"

You start asking the person for something out of the ordinary, and when you get a refusal, ask for something more reasonable. For example, a boss asks an employee to work weekends throughout the year, and when the employee declines the request, the boss asks for a report on Friday. An unjustified request causes a real request to be rethought in order to make it sound more reasonable.

2. "Fear, then relief"

You tell someone that they miraculously dodged a bullet and use the other person's relief to make a real request.

3. "Foot in the door"

A prime example of this method is when a beggar stops to ask you about the time before asking you for alms. Unlike the lesser evil method, with the foot in the door method, you start with a smaller request that is easier to fulfill, and then the real request follows.

Polish explorer Dariusz Dolinski from Warsaw School of Social Sciences I decided to try another method. He found out that when the initial request was unusual, people were more likely to agree to a further request.

The experimenter would stop people on their way to the supermarket and tell them: Sorry, I suffer from severe back pain and cannot bend over. Be so kind as to tie my shoelaces, please.". This is an unusual request.

Passers-by were then stopped by a woman behind a supermarket. She asked people to keep an eye on the grocery cart for a while. The woman explained that her husband had left the keys to the car, and he had disappeared somewhere, and the cart had a broken wheel and was hard to push.

The researcher found that people were more likely to agree to a request if they had previously been asked to do something out of the ordinary, such as tying someone's shoelaces.

Everyone knows, no matter how much he tightens his laces, they can still come undone at the most inopportune moment. Only a few, instead of or after complaining about fate, ask themselves why this is happening. And only a few dare to conduct a real scientific study to find out for sure.

But not everything is as simple as it seems at first glance. Strong knots are necessary not only for comfortable wearing of shoes, but also in many other areas of life, for example, in medicine or technology. Understanding the mechanics of the process of untying ordinary shoelaces will help you understand how other knotted structures behave under the influence of multidirectional forces.

There are two most common bow knots that people use when tying shoelaces - one is based on the so-called "straight knot", the second on the "woman's knot". From the outside, both knots look the same, but so far no one has really been able to explain why the first of them is much stronger.

A team of engineers from the University of California at Berkeley, led by Oliver O'Reilly, decided to fill the gap.

"We're trying to understand what knots are mechanically," O'Reilly said in a University press release. it was done in a slightly different way."

Previous work has shown how a node fails under constant load. The aim of the new study was to develop a basic understanding of the mechanics of the process of untying a knot under the action of dynamic forces.

In the first phase, study co-author Christine Gregg laced up a pair of sneakers and ran on a treadmill while her colleagues videotaped everything that happened to the shoes. An analysis of the recordings showed that during a kick to the ground, the force of which is seven times greater than the force of gravity, the knot first stretches and then weakens. At this moment, the force of inertia pulls the free ends of the laces forward and the knot is quickly untied.

“In order to untie the laces, I pull on the free ends and the knot falls apart. When moving, the knot is untied in a similar way, only the ends are not pulled by a person, but by the force of inertia from the movement of the legs and hitting the ground,” Gregg explains.

The scientists also tested shoelaces of different materials by tying them in a bow on a swinging pendulum. It turned out that some varieties hold the knot better than others, but in the end they all untie. And only the mystery of the increased stability of the direct knot remained unsolved. The researchers suggest that in this position, the laces are better pressed against each other and reduce the impact of the impact.

"It's interesting that your shoelaces can stay tightly knotted for quite some time. But once you make one particular move, the knot will loosen and untie very quickly," says Gregg.

More information about the results of an unusual experiment can be found in an article published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society A.

At present, many first-graders do not know how to do this. And all because almost all shoes are now Velcro and you rarely see shoes with laces. And, nevertheless, every person should learn how to quickly tie shoelaces.

When there is a catastrophic lack of time, in the morning every minute counts, such a simple trifle as tying shoelaces can take longer than we would like.

Not to mention the “ski boot effect”. Running with poorly loosened shoes is much easier than the commands our brains send to get the shoes distorted as we go deeper into the race. This eliminates the rule that shoes must be roomy, especially in the forefoot, to avoid "playing with nails".

Therefore, the correct application of shoes is not just a correct rule, but an element of prevention, as well as a way to better appreciate your own style of travel without any interference or mistakes. Undoubtedly, there are many ways to connect shoes. This isn't to say it's tight, but it's definitely precise and stiff enough to leave no room for foot movement in the shoe. In practice, this can be more difficult. Anyone who has a small foot and pulls on the laces is likely to create wrinkles in their upper jaws that can irritate them while racing.

How to quickly tie shoelaces - Figen's knot

This method of tying shoelaces was invented by Australian Jan Figen more than 20 years ago. It is worth noting that the method is really swift, and therefore enjoys tremendous popularity.

How to make a knot on the laces:

  • The laces need to be laced up as usual, tightening the length to adjust the tightness of the coverage of the shoe on the foot.
  • Now you need to put the laces on your palms so that the tips look in different directions. Clamping the laces with the ring, middle and little fingers, you need to make 2 loops so that the lace is on two fingers: thumb and forefinger.
  • The loops need to be wrapped one after the other to get something like a sea knot.
  • With these fingers (in the work of the left hand), you need to take on the loop on the right side, and with the opposite hand - on the loop on the left side - tighten the laces tightly in opposite directions.

How to quickly tie shoelaces - do you need a knot?

And this method will be appreciated by those who like to wear sports shoes. It is not necessary to tie a knot, you can completely cope without this manipulation.

Those with large feet may end up with a tightening, causing circulation problems for a long time. As you can see, next to the last lug there is usually an offset lug, more outwardly. This oval is especially useful for a more flattering fit for runners who have a thinner leg or lower leg neck. For others, using this oval can turn the laces into a kind of rope at the foot of the foot, which as the miles increase can end up strangling our feet.

Be careful if this is to be used or not. My idea is that the last eyelets should be firmly clamped anyway, never left. Here comes a helping hand for an old trick that many already know about. This lacing system is based on creating two slots using the last two eyelets on each side of the upper. In slots, you pass the head of the string on the opposite side and then pull.

How to tie shoelaces in a quick way:

  • Lace up the laces the way you like. The laces tucked into the holes of the shoes in a mirror image look beautiful.
  • When the laces are beautifully laced, the remaining ends of the laces must be pulled through the entire lacing from the wrong side. The ends stay inside.
  • To remove the sneakers, you need to slightly pull on the tip of the lace to loosen the lacing. And to tighten, you need to pull the laces at the top.

The two slots turn into a kind of "pulleys", a gear that allows us to pull the strings even from the lower lugs without any effort, making quick and precise maneuvers. If your foot is very large, do not use the outer eyelet to create slots, but use the last two holes on the web. The exception to the video is that the explanation of how it's done is by Kami Semik, an ultramarathon champion who needs to really understand lacing. Poor legs! They begin to bear the entire weight of our body from the moment we get out of bed.

How to tie shoelaces with a slipknot

Want to learn how to tie your shoelaces in a knot that will never untie on its own? Athletes use this method so as not to be distracted by trifles during training.

How to tie shoelaces:

  • From the free ends of the laces we make two air loops.
  • We cross the loops, wrap the tip of the left in the middle.
  • Similarly, we wrap the opposite loop in the middle.
  • We bring the ends of the loops out, tighten. The knot is ready!

We walk around the house, we run when we're late, we put them in a pair of uncomfortable shoes, and generally we put them under the stress of everyday life. As if that weren't enough, even the feet can suffer from various diseases, inflammations and disorders that can change how we feel.

Probably most of us do not attach any importance to our legs until you start to feel some pain that prevents you from walking normally. Shoes are one of the main causes of foot pain. That's why today we want to give you some simple tips to prevent and reduce the harm caused by different types of shoes.

Now you know how to quickly tie shoelaces, and this video tutorial will help you master the new method and choose the best option for yourself:

The modern production of mass-produced clothing and footwear for babies is aimed at simplifying the life of little people as much as possible. Jackets with zippers instead of buttons, Velcro hats instead of drawstrings, and shoes with decorative lacing. On the one hand, this is good, because the child will not lose precious time getting ready for kindergarten, on the other hand, self-dressing and putting on shoes contributes to the development of fine motor skills of the hands. We do not call for abandoning convenient innovations, however, we strive to help parents who decide to help their child in mastering the ceremony of putting on shoes. We will tell you how to teach your child to tie shoelaces quickly and easily and show you an easy lacing pattern.

Codes to avoid foot pain from shoes

If you don't want to give up that pair of shoes that you like but aren't at your feet, try to see if any of these tips can help you find a solution. Sometimes, without realizing it, we tie shoes in a different way, and the result is tired and sore feet. Remember not to tie your shoes too tight, but don't leave them too wide.

Have you tried strap on shoes with heels?

If shoes with a heel don't give you the comfort you need, you can try putting a strap on the cobbler to increase stability and security while walking. If you wear tight shoes or heels and have to keep them on all day, look for a way to rest your feet and activate circulation.

What should a child be able to do before learning?

An infusion of ginger gives your feet good moments, relaxes them and prepares them for a new day. Pour a large ginger root, cut into pieces, in hot water. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. When the infusion is warm, dive into your feet. A remedy for bad feet that should not be missed is this. If your day is stressful and you are feeling the effects on your feet, feel free to have a nice massage with a few drops of olive oil, mint or lavender.

Rules for tying shoelaces

The first self-tying of shoelaces should take place next to one of the parents. Moreover, the parent should not act as an outside observer: he should become active element to copy. Consider a few nuances first lacing:

In triathlon, we can look at transitions almost like a "fourth discipline": for those who, like most of us, certainly don't point to the podium, it's good not to waste time! So how do you train for each discipline, it should work well for the transitions: This early stage is a little tricky, but practice will make for almost automatic gestures: in a race, when you're less polished, you won't have to worry about remembering the correct sequence of operations .

We learn transitions, step by step

Pay special attention to the way the material is arranged; You will also learn how to tie and untie your helmet at the right time because the judges will watch all the maneuvers and if you break the regulation you can be disqualified or warned.

  • Settle down on one line with baby. Ideally, if it is one shoe bench. The child should be watching you from the side. Do not sit opposite: it is difficult for the baby to perceive the movements made in a mirror image.
  • Start easy: tie knots by hiding the loose ends of the laces behind the sides of the boots. Explain to the child that if he cannot cope with a full-fledged bow, he can always resort to an easier way. Also add that this method is less safe and the baby may fall if the ends of the laces break out of the shoes.
  • Praise child for small victories over intractable shoelaces, and do not reproach if something does not work out. Prompt the procedure, but do not interfere in the process until the baby himself asks for it.

Method from Jan Figgen

Do you know who is Jan Figgen? No, this is not a child psychologist. This is the man who invented 31 original ways to tie shoelaces. Among the execution techniques, there are frankly complex ones, and there are those that can be dealt with in a couple of seconds. One of these types of lacing was noticed by American educators in order to teach their wards to quickly and easily tie shoes. We'll explain how to lace up step by step:

Transition 1: from swimming to cycling

Let's take a closer look at the sequence of operations, starting with the first transition. Just get out of the water as you ride towards the bike. Transitions: exit from the water. When you come in front of your bike. Deposit goggles and headphones to the left of your bike completely take the suit: you can do this while sitting or standing, helping to spin your legs with your legs Pass on the belt brings the bib, placing the number on the back Put on your cycling goggles and Helmet taking them from the handlebars of the bike; Get your helmet now! Inflate your bike shoes Take your bike off the rack and guide it towards the gearbox exit by pushing down on the saddle.

Two ways to wear cycling

Move your shoes before taking the bike. Just drive along the transition line. . The easiest and safest way is to wear them before you take your bike off the rack and run with your boots on until you get out of the gearbox.
  1. Make a starting single knot from left to right. Pass the right shoelace between the right index and thumb fingers. Wrap the left rope in the same way: use the rest of the fingers of your left hand to keep the cord taut. You will have 2 loops.
  2. Cross the resulting loops: push the loop with the thumb of your right hand into the left hole. With the right middle finger, push the free end of the right loop between the thumb and forefinger of the left hand.
  3. Use your left thumb and forefinger to grab the free right end of the loop. Then, with the thumb and middle finger of your right hand, grab the free left end of the loop.
  4. Pull the ends of the eyelets through their own holes on the opposite side. Tie the knot tight.

Before teaching Jan Figgen lacing to your child, test the material on your own boots away from the child's eyes. You must be sure that when teaching a baby, your skills will be enough so as not to disappoint the child. Check out the photo so that the process of your learning and teaching your child is comfortable.

Similarly, at the end of the cycle, you will release your shoes from the pedals and return the bike to you, running the shoes at your feet. The disadvantage of this solution is that running with cycling shoes is very uncomfortable due to the ledges on the soles. If the bottom is uneven, you may experience loss or slip.

Attach shoes to bike pedals

An alternative is to prepare the shoes already attached to the pedals, to run barefoot in the transition area, and put the feet in the shoes only once climbed on the bike. To keep shoes stable and in place, use elastic straps to fasten between bike and shoe. If your shoes are specific to triathlon, they will already have heel to heel; Otherwise, you can prepare the ashtray with a scythe. On the first pedal, the elastic will break, releasing the shoes.

Watch a video that demonstrates this method clearly. You will definitely see that everything is easier than you think.

Likewise, at the end of the cycle, you can loosen your shoes and take off your feet in the last moments of the fraction when you are about to return to the gearbox. You can run barefoot towards your station. The advantage of this alternative solution is that you work better on bare feet rather than running shoes.

The downside is that inserting and removing his feet from the shoe as well as fastening and unfastening while on the bike requires more experience and balance given that you hold the handlebars with one hand while the other is engaged in maneuvering with the shoe. During these operations, you will also have to pay attention to other opponents around you, and not look at the shoes for too long.

Even if you prefer to buy Velcro shoes for your child, spend some time learning how to lace up and tie knots. This knowledge will be useful to a child at an older age, and will also help develop fingers for working with small details. We hope that our recommendations helped to teach the child to quickly and easily tie shoelaces.

Transition 2: Bike to Race

Now let's see the sequence of operations of the second transition. All operations should become automatic for you, so that during the race you do not have to think about what to do in transitions. There really is so much stuff to carry around on race day!

Plevneliev certainly stands well on the podium, it is obvious that he is a man who considers himself great and at the same time very capable. In addition, he is very graceful. Athletic, without a large or pompous figure, a good head, a wide smile and bright, colorful eyes.

I have a friend, although he may not consider me one. He never ties his shoelaces. Never.
He was born on the same day as Lev Nikolaevich. The numerology of his birthday is amazing in itself. Soul Number = 9, Karma Number = 9, in the Gift - 4, in Destiny - 6, in the Path also 6. Karam kriya numerologists will be able to appreciate the steepness of such a date.

He always knows what to do. He never sits on Facebook and never wastes time. He never argues because he doesn't see the point in it. But he can stand up for himself, I was convinced of this more than once. However, he does not start a fight first. This principle of good neighborliness is apparently spelled out in his samskaras. He is very careful and conservative in tastes. He is playful and intelligent at the same time. He will never bother me if he sees that I am busy…. Not many of my acquaintances possess at least half of these wonderful qualities.

When he doesn't have priority things to do, he settles in a quiet place near the wall. He finds a point on the wall and ... this is called “trataka” in yogic circles. He can sit like this and look at 1 point for hours. I marvel at his ability to meditate. I myself cannot meditate for that long...

He is neat, but he never ties his shoelaces. He maniacally does NOT like to tie his shoelaces. About them Always unties. But this is not a disadvantage. A tied lace symbolizes fetters, shackles for him. And he loves freedom. Freedom of expression, freedom of movement, freedom of choice...
He does not like to march and walk in formation. He is not sanguine. He shuns big companies. He knows for sure that awakening and enlightenment are available to the elect, those who meditate on God. Therefore, he goes through life in his own unique way. He knows that if a hundred idiots chant a mantra together for some reason, they will remain just a hundred idiots singing a song. Collectivization and life as a commune has never led anyone to prosperity (he read a textbook on the history of the USSR and is now observing the consequences of collectivization). Sangat as a bunch of unconscious beings, even if they are wearing white clothes, even if they dream of becoming conscious living beings and performing the same rituals… all this is a road to nowhere… Only Satsangat matters, i.e. being in the presence of the saint(s). But where can we get them nowadays? They apparently no longer exist. All (of those whom he met) posing as saints are simply trading this or that. Therefore, he likes to be alone.

He knows history well. Your personal history. And he builds his life in accordance with this knowledge. What he has not seen is not history for him, he understands that this is just a juggling (or even substitution) of facts and their political interpretation. The common history is rewritten every 10-20 years to please the regime, while black becomes white and white becomes black. And sangats are led to this... even if they meditate together on holidays and without holidays. Red and white, black and white, black and red, khaki... all these colors are constantly changing color in human minds from positive to negative... How strange the mind is and how easily it lends itself to external programming. Programming through the subconscious and emotions. How few people (even among yogis) want to know more about their brain, to know what the brain is and what the mind is. Yogis are led on 22 aspects of the mind without realizing that there are three layers of the brain. These layers explain a lot... And 22 aspects do not explain anything! But people do not like to seek the Truth so much, they trust someone else's opinion: the opinion of the Teacher and the TV.

Loose shoelaces hang on almost every door in his house. They just hang down instead of door handles, from holes in the door. To prevent the lace from popping out of the hole, limiter knots are tied on it. Knots are not knots connecting something. These are the limiters. They are needed as fuses for every ZhS ... Nodules are like a punishment on the arm, these are reminders. The nodules remind us of the limitation of the physical body and that there is not much time left for self-realization. Life is short and you can't waste it in parties and talking about how he-she-they performed this or that kriya, japa, sadhana. Why go somewhere for sadhana? He did not understand this, despite the fact that many tried to explain it to him. All LS have their own individuality, and everyone should have their own sadhana. Why travel somewhere when you can do it where you are? He did not understand why they go to special institutions to pray, and do not pray in their soul every moment when they remember it.

He did not understand a lot of things, more than 22 aspects of our life are still not clear to him, although many tried to explain them to him.

LACES! He wanted to give all his friends a cord with a knot. And he began to give, but for some reason no one took it. For some reason, everyone walks around with black and red ribbons, although none of them knows anything about the event (except for the name itself and a couple of dates), of which they are a symbol. And a lace, an untied lace with knots, is a symbol of freedom and a symbol of the path for everyone who is looking for the Way, and does not choose the opinion of a TV teacher. Memory knot lace. Once upon a time, when people used handkerchiefs, knots were tied on the handkerchiefs as a keepsake. Now scarves are no longer in use. But the laces are still there. Take a regular string, tie a knot and put it in each pocket. For memory! It will remind you of your dream, your Path and purpose. Not a ribbon, but the most ordinary lace.

Wahe Guru ji ka khalsa, Wahe Guru ji ki fateh.

Who is my friend? Maybe you recognize him from this photo. Or maybe not. It depends on how much you have developed the ability to meditate.
