1. General Provisions.

1.1. This Regulation has been developed in accordance with paragraph 26 of Art. 34 FZ Russian Federation dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation".

1.2. This Regulation governs the procedure for awarding students of the MBOU Kagalnitsky secondary school No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the School) with a Commendation sheet “For excellent academic success” and a Certificate of Appreciation “For success in the study of individual subjects”.

1.3. The purpose of awarding the Certificate of Appreciation "For excellent achievements in learning" and the Certificate of Appreciation "For success in the study of individual subjects" is to encourage graduates of grades IX and XI of the school and students of grades 2-8, 10 who have shown diligence, diligence and perseverance in mastering knowledge.

1.4. The regulation is considered by the pedagogical council of the school and put into effect by the order of the director of the school.

2. The procedure for awarding students with a Certificate of Appreciation

"For excellent academic achievement"

2.1. Commendation sheet "For excellent achievements in learning" is awarded to students in grades 2-8.10 of the School.

2.2. A commendation sheet "For excellent academic achievement" is awarded to students in transfer classes of the school who have quarter (semi-annual) marks "5" and no more than two marks "4" in all subjects studied in the corresponding class and no more than two marks "4" and annual and final marks "5".

2.3. The decision to award students in transfer classes with a Certificate of Appreciation "For excellent academic achievement" is made by the school's pedagogical council.

2.4. Commendation sheet "For excellent achievements in learning" is awarded to awarded students upon graduation school year.

3. The procedure for awarding a commendable diploma "For special achievements in the study of individual subjects"

3.1. Certificate of Appreciation "For special achievements in the study of individual subjects" is awarded to:

3.1.1. Grade 9 graduates who have achieved success in studying one or more subjects, having quarterly, annual, final marks "excellent" in them during their studies in grades 5-9 and received an "excellent" mark at the state (final) certification with positive marks in the rest subjects;

3.1.2. graduates of 11 classes who have achieved particular success in studying one or more subjects, having semi-annual, annual, final grades “excellent” in them at the level of secondary general education, who have passed the state (final) certification in compulsory subjects and in subjects for which awarding meritorious diploma, with positive marks in other subjects, as well as those who received at the state final certification in this subject a score not lower than the minimum established in this academic year.

3.2. The decision to award graduates of grades 9, 11 with a commendable diploma “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects” is made by the pedagogical council based on the information of the class teacher.

3.3. The presentation of a commendable diploma "For special achievements in the study of individual subjects" (with an indication of specific subjects) is carried out in a solemn atmosphere along with a state document on the appropriate level of education.

3.4. The commendation "For special achievements in the study of individual subjects" is not awarded to graduates of the levels of basic and secondary general education who have received a certificate of the corresponding level of education with honors.

3.5. Accounting for the issuance of commendable letters is kept in the journal of registration of commendable letters.

Abstract submission requirements

1. Paper size: A 4, orientation - portrait.
2. Margins: left, right, top and bottom - 2.0 cm.
3. The font used is Times New Roman, font size is 14 pt, spacing is one and a half. Red line - 1.25 cm.
4. Alignment of the test in width.
5. Pages are not numbered.
6. Graphs, drawings, diagrams should be grouped and not protrude beyond the margins.
7. Tables are formatted in MS Word (font size - 12).
8. The title of the abstract is located at the top center of the sheet and is printed in capital letters in bold Times New Roman 14. There is no dot at the end of the title. The names of the authors are located under the title of the abstracts, centered relative to the main text and printed in Times New Roman 12 bold. In the list of authors, the surname is indicated first, then the initials of the authors.
9. Abstracts should be no more than 2-3 pages.
