Five of them were Russian-made, 11 were made in China, four - in Italy, three - in Germany, two each - in India and Portugal, one sample each from Cambodia, Romania and Turkey.
Shoes were tested for toxicity, quality of tailoring, flexibility, strength, deformation and clarified whether they were really made of genuine leather. All pairs of shoes do not contain toxic substances. The upper material of the shoe is genuine leather. And each pair corresponded to the declared size 42.

Inconsistencies were found only in 11 samples. The main complaints relate to the quality of tailoring, the fastening of the sole and heel, the color fastness of the lining and flexibility. The most durable seams of the upper details were found in the samples of Freccia by Tervolina, Pazolini, Chester, Paris Commune, Zara. The most fragile were boots from Francesco Donni, Ralf Ringer, s.Oliver, Pierre Cardin and TJ Collection.
“The lightest boots were a pair of Ralf Ringers and the heaviest were Tomas Munz. Eight couples under trademarks Baldinini, Pazolini, Chester, Salamander, Calipso, Ralf Ringer, Ionessi and Pierre Cardin paint the lining,” the study explains.
Shoes from Ionessi, Francesco Donni, Alessio Nesca, Chester and Calipso have problems with the sole, Baldinini and Aldo have heels. In addition, the experts found that the myth that Italian shoes are of high quality, and Chinese ones are not, has no factual basis.
“The quality of shoes does not depend on the price either, the experts found out: the cheapest sample (Zenden) and the most expensive product (Hugo Boss) are of high quality. And goods with violations are found among both cheap and expensive brands, ”the researchers added.

In fact, neither in the UK, nor in Spain, nor in Italy, such brands have ever been heard of. Most of the shoes seem to be made in China and Vietnam. In Italy, as some suggest, they can simply put insoles, which allows you to put the stamp of Made in Italy.
The quality of Carnaby, Chester and TJ Collection shoes is pretty decent. It matches the price well during the sales period, so if you bought, say, Carnaby shoes for 2500 rubles, I see no reason to be upset. But regular prices are clearly too high. There are complaints that these shoes are not very comfortable to wear, paint socks, and are not very durable. All in all, not worth your money. We open companies - and we see that this brand was registered in Germany; the question of who she was registered by is silent. The site only talks about taking into account German standards. In general, the prices for all Alba shoes are very high, and the quality is average, reviews are contradictory. For that kind of money you can buy shoes of real European brands.
Gode. Passed out as an Italian brand, but in fact, it seems to be Chinese or Russian. Shoes are said to be mostly made in China, but some are also made in Italy (hard to verify). The English site is pretty funny; it is obvious that the manufacturer himself is not engaged in deceit, and the legend of Italian origin was invented by a Russian distributor. The English-language site honestly says that these are Chinese shoes (see). The Russian-language site has an Italian section (but the domain is .ru!), In which Moscow addresses are indicated in the "Contacts".
In principle, it is possible that the Chinese and Russian Gode are different brands, but, in any case, the brand is rather dubious and cannot be called Italian. Reviews about the quality of Gode shoes are quite contradictory. Someone praises her, someone scolds.

But judging by the reviews, the quality is good.
