If you do not want to change the shade of the finished coating that you are going to make matte, use transparent powder.

Knitted manicure with acrylic powder

Of all the designs that use acrylic powder, the knitted manicure is very popular. This original three-dimensional design recreates the patterns of a warm sweater on the nails. To create it, you will need a gel polish system, acrylic powder, a stiff brush and a powder spatula.

We give a short instruction for performing a knitted manicure step by step.

• Processing the plate, giving it a beautiful shape, coating with a primer.

• Coloring the nail with gel polish in two layers. Each one is thoroughly dried in a lamp. It is better to choose a soft pastel color so that the design looks harmonious. Most often, “knitting” on the nails is performed in pale pink, blue, light purple, lilac, mint. Remove the sticky layer from the surface.

• With gel polish or gel paint we draw patterns on the nails: rhombuses, pigtails, weaves, bumps. Gel paint will make the drawing more voluminous and noticeable. Draw with a thin brush. Use the color of the patterns exactly the same as the base.

• Dry the lines immediately after application, do not let them spread. And if the pattern is very complex, then it is better to polymerize it in parts. The effect will be much more noticeable.

• After drying, a sticky layer forms. Now you don't need to take it off. It's time to generously dust the record with acrylic powder. Don't be afraid to go overboard with fine sand. Everything superfluous will fly off after you brush it off with a brush.

• Dry the coating in the lamp. Design is ready!

Experts do not recommend covering it with a finish on top, otherwise the patterns will not be so attractive and velvety.
