Learn to believe that the Universe is a living, thinking, conscious being of which we are all a part. And then this faith will change your whole life. It will change your relationship with the Universe, and you will find yourself in a completely new world. And this world will give you joy every day that you are destined to spend on this planet.

The Universe doesn't just recognize and accept us. She also communicates with us. We, in turn, are in constant contact with her. We communicate with the Universe through words, thoughts and actions. She responds to our actions with events.

Events are the language of the Universe.

The most obvious example of such events is what we call coincidences. We think about a person, and at that moment the phone rings. We pick up the phone and hear the voice of the person we were just thinking about. We are trying to find a person whose address we have long lost. Suddenly we meet an old friend, and he says: “Do you know who I saw yesterday?” We start asking around, a friend gives the name of the person we are looking for, and very soon we have his address and telephone number.

My friends lived in Hawaii, far from civilization. There was a road leading to their house that could only be driven by a four-wheel drive vehicle, and it took a full two hours to get from the highway to their house. My friends needed such a car. They often talked to each other about it, but there was only one such car on the island, and it was not for sale. And even if it was sold, my friends simply didn’t have that much money. Their only property was a piece of land in Montana, which was worth about ten thousand dollars. After such conversations, the wife always added to herself that the car of their dreams should be white and should have an excellent stereo system installed in it.

Two weeks after the next conversation, a white jeep drove up to my friends’ house - exactly the one they had dreamed of. The woman driving said she was lost. She said that she brought the car to the island, intending to settle here, but changed her mind and was leaving. My wife said, “How nice, because you are driving the car of my dreams.” As payment, the woman accepted that piece of land in Montana and also left the couple some money. Then it turned out that the car had an excellent stereo system.

Coincidence?

No. Communication with the Universe. It was a universal event, and such events constantly happen in the lives of each of us. Communication with the Universe is ongoing, although sometimes it is more obvious than at other times. Most often, we are not aware of such communication at all or perceive it as luck or a sign of fate. And because of this, we miss the most precious chance of our lives. When we realize that the event that occurred is a sign from the Universe, it further intensifies communication with us. What a joy!

The importance of establishing such communication with the Universe should not be underestimated. This information, coupled with the knowledge that the Universe is alive and conscious, is the most important truth I have discovered in my life. Imagine that you are walking with a two-year-old baby. Are you sure that a full conversation with such a child is impossible. If serious communication were possible, you would give the child information that would be extremely useful to him. But you don't do this because you think that the baby is incapable of understanding what you want to say. Suddenly the child looks at you and asks if you think animals can think? A whole new world opens up before you, you begin to talk with your child, and this communication brings great benefits to both of you.

Exactly the same thing happens with the Universe: as soon as it is convinced that you understand both itself and its language (events), your communication is enriched - both qualitatively and quantitatively. You receive a lot of information and invaluable help. And even the smallest help from the Universe plays a huge role in a person’s life.

How to intensify such communication? An understanding smile, a nod, inner gratitude is enough - or, if you want something brighter, a joyful jump and an enthusiastic cry. Once you begin to become aware of your communication with the Universe, the results will immediately appear. You will become even more aware of your closeness to the Universe, and this awareness will bring you peace, joy and true blessing.

In the first chapter of my book, I encouraged you to be happy. Given a choice, you must choose happiness. And this happiness will not be meaningless. No, it will be meaningful, because it is based on the knowledge of the universal truth: everything that is done happens for your benefit - and for a very significant benefit.

Most often, we react to life without thinking about how we want to feel about a particular event or situation. In order to make a conscious choice, you need to work hard. To stop, think about the situation, remember your goal to be happy, consider other options and choose happiness, no matter what the situation is, because it is still aimed at your good, you need to make a certain effort on yourself.

The hardest thing is to believe this when the situation becomes painful, when we lose something important or when we do not receive what we thought was prepared especially for us. At such moments, choosing happiness seems impossible. But many people succeed. Such people will tell you that the result was worth the effort.

Can you do it

Those who choose to be happy go through life with a smile that shows that they know some secret that makes them happy. The smile may be mental, but it is always there. No matter what happens, knowing this secret makes a person smile. Imagine you were out for a walk and lost a hundred dollar bill. But you know that you have several million in your bank account. Losing a hundred dollars is not significant if you have several million. Losing will not deprive you of happiness. Knowing that the loss cannot affect your happiness is enough to make you happy, since similar incidents have upset you in the past.

Having learned this secret, you will notice that you begin to enjoy the little things in life: you will stop to watch the sparrows, admire the sunset, listen to the rustle of leaves in the wind, admire the beautiful hairstyle of the woman you meet. Everything will give you much more pleasure: a warm bath, a walk, a conversation with a friend, a quiet rest while thinking about the greatness of the Universe. You will stop paying attention to things that interfere with your happiness, to unpleasant events in distant places that may not have an impact on your life, to little things that bothered you in the past but now that you know the great secret no longer matter. no meaning for you.

The gnawing anxiety that not everything is right, that something bad is going to happen, that you might fail, that you will not be skilled, knowledgeable, strong, or bright enough, will simply disappear. Doubts will be replaced by confidence:

You are part of the Universe
and the Universe cares for you as its greatest treasure.

Of course, you came into this world to learn. Of course, life teaches you lessons. Of course, sometimes tragedies happen. Of course, some failures are inevitable. But you need to learn to see them in a different light. You tripped over a rock, lost your wallet, lost your job... Previously, these incidents would have caused you pain and anger, but now you know that they are prepared for you by a caring and loving Universe. You will be able to see the true essence of failure: all events happen in your life only for your own benefit - and considerable benefit. And then you will feel true happiness, huge, cheerful, incredible happiness, which will not disappear over time, but will only become even stronger and greater.

And then you will comprehend the great universal truth: everything that happens in your life happens only for your maximum
benefits.

Write on a piece of paper exactly what you want. Paint it down to the smallest detail and put it on the windowsill so that the Heavenly Office can read it and fulfill it.

Language of the soul

We will not say what is right and what is wrong. But when I understood the meaning and essence of the technique that I use myself, I saw that this technique of communication with the Universe. By communication I don’t mean language, because we all have different languages.

“The Universe does not understand your language, It understands your soul”

Ukrainians speak one language, the British speak another, and there are also French, Germans, Russians - there are a lot of us. Language has nothing to do with it at all. The Universe understands our soul. But the language of the soul is completely different, it is common to everyone, it is always the same.

So the Universe understands precisely our soul. And for the Universe to understand what exactly you want, you don’t need to precisely formulate your desire. You need to feel it with all your soul.

Wish for money

If you want money, then you need to understand why you need this money. What do you want to buy or receive with them? And when you understand what exactly you want to get, then ask yourself - what will this give you?

What will this do for your soul? What feeling and sensation will be born inside you? And it is this feeling that needs to be conveyed to the Universe, and not the amount of money.

As people say: “I want to get $10,000 a month.” The universe doesn't know what dollars are. She doesn't know what rubles are. She doesn’t care – She feels your energy and your soul.

And in order for you to correctly make a request to the Universe regarding money, you need to feel with your soul why you need this money.

Make a wish for love

“The Universe can present you with a loved one a thousand times better than you could describe him!”

It's the same with love. Many girls say: “I want a specific person. I want Sergei Ivanovich from the next door, because he is black, curly, tall, loves dogs and children, he has a good sense of humor and he also makes good money!”

Dear friends, this is not possible. This looks more like a love spell. You need to feel next to a person with whom you feel good, whom you love and he loves you. And this feeling, the feeling of love, needs to be conveyed.

This is the only way to make a wish. Perhaps the Universe will present you with a loved one a thousand times better than you could describe!

We wish for health

It's the same with health. A person makes a wish for his kidneys, eyes, or something else to heal. But you and I are not doctors and we can make mistakes, we don’t know why this or that organ hurts or why some system is lame.

Ask for health. The Universe itself knows where It needs to direct its healing power, healing energy. This is a heart-to-heart conversation. If you make your wish coldly, with your brain, solely relying on your logic and the authority of past experience, it doesn’t work.

That’s why many people are then surprised: “I’ve used so many things, I’ve filled three notebooks, why doesn’t anything work for me?” Because not only the head must work, but also the soul.

Scientists have proven that in the human brain there is no section in which thoughts are born. There is only a department that reacts to the thoughts that come to it. Thoughts come to your head from outside.

I often write for you in my instagram about communication with the Universe. I have never experienced greater joy than contact with her in my life. And often I write under the influence of emotions... and rarely does the text form a single, understandable picture. But social networks of a personal nature are needed to share your thoughts with space... Therefore, I decided to structure it. And write an article.

How to establish contact with the Universe?

Experienced practitioners communicate with the Universe through meditations and practices. Many are from regressive hypnosis and the alpha state. It doesn't matter at all which way. Contact is important. I often tell clients - don't fool yourself by diving into deep meditation. I’ve been learning to practice stopping internal dialogue for 5 years, but I just recently learned how to do it, like six months ago. The delight, of course, is indescribable, but don’t you feel sorry for the time if you are not a master of spiritual practices?

An elementary way of communicating with the Universe is dynamic meditation. Or working meditation. Great for women - knitting, sewing, cleaning. Doing monotonous work in which no one bothers you. After all, we often think about something of our own even while washing our hands. But this same resource needs to be spent wisely, and not on empty transfer of thoughts from one hemisphere to another :)

Where we can ask questions of the Universe, we often ask them in our everyday life: “What are we going to have for dinner today?”, “Did I do the right thing yesterday (2 years ago)?” And it’s even worse when we spend this precious resource on remembering past pain and grievances. There is generally a “pipe” here - consider that you yourself are opening a portal for the outflow of energy.

So, we can get in touch with higher powers through deep meditation, from a state of complete cessation of internal dialogue, and from doing monotonous work.

By the way, another good option is breathing practice. It's elementary: Sit down with your feet firmly on the floor, your back straight, your arms and legs not crossed. We sit in a schoolboy’s pose: straight, firmly, without fidgeting :) And watch our breathing. Inhale and exit with sound. Thoughts away - only breathing in my head. And watch your inhalation, your exhalation. Listen to your body. To the heartbeat, rhythm. To the feeling in your fingertips. Do the practice for 5-7 minutes, and at the end ask your question to the Universe.

It is also very important that you ask your questions from a calm, harmonious, fulfilled state. Any communication requires energy. And even more so for communicating with the Power of the Creator. Therefore, control energy leaks and do not practice in a “broken” state. How to formulate the question?

Most people, during periods of difficulties and incomprehensible moments, ask the question: “Why do I need this?” The Universe does not answer such questions. Because she expects you to understand why you need it. She is waiting for the question: “Why do I need this? What should I understand? Realize what? Acceptance of the situation is very important at these moments. No matter how well you ask questions, your inner agitation will ruin everything. Remove confusion. Even if the situation is very difficult, you must trust the Universe. Remind yourself every day that everything is given according to the will of God. Everything is given for the sake of your development. Nothing happens for nothing.

When your loved ones give you a gift, they want you to use it, to find it useful, to make you happy. And you accept every gift with a smile and gratitude, even if you were expecting something different. After all, you don’t want to upset your loved ones? The universe gives you its gifts. Even in the form of difficulties. Gives you threads for growth and development. And if you accept this with gratitude, you treat the Higher Matter as close and dear.

Recently, one situation affected my relationship with a loved one. I thought for a long time about how to arrange them so that everyone would feel good. I sincerely did not understand how to do it right. In the process of completely stopping the internal dialogue (after 5 years of torment, this is now my favorite practice, although it still doesn’t work every time), I asked the question: “What is the right way? How should I behave so that this is consistent with my development and improvement of relationships?” My soul calmed down a little after practice, and in the morning I received the answer. Surprisingly, I accidentally came across Rami Blackt’s video on this very topic. Everything that was said in the video calmed my Soul and my heart so much that I clearly understood how to proceed.

So. How to find answers?

Many people look for answers in signs. This is a pretty surefire way, the main thing is not to go into sheer fanaticism when looking for signs.

The most important test in this matter is this: if you saw the right sign, your Soul should instantly calm down. An exciting situation is resolved through the answer you receive. Then it depends on you what you will do with this answer in your hands. It can come through a phrase from a friend, a random video, an article. Spiritually developed people rarely have difficulty with this, because they have developed intuition and can easily distinguish the answer of the Universe from a random set of words.

Prepare yourself for the reception. Of course, you will often search for the answer you want to hear. But your mind is needed here. Turning off emotions and just observing, contemplating. Often the answer comes in the meditation itself (in the deep stages of work) or the answer arises itself as a feeling: “Oh! This is how you need to do it!”

Just always be aware of changes in your emotional background. If you feel calm, then the answer has been received, heard.

Don’t forget to thank the Universe for communicating with you. And don’t start this practice, because dialogue with Heaven should be a part of you, and not from time to time.

The most important thing about the contact of entities on the other side with us is that they act literally. Many enlightened people still accept the universe as a kind of Santa Claus, who knows when we are asleep or awake, when we feel bad or good. The only thing that is required of us is just to wait, and everything we need will literally fall to us from the sky. There is some grain of truth here. If you follow your path, windows of opportunity will indeed open in front of you along the way. However, there is much more to consider here. Know that if you have gone through a period of changing mentors and successfully transform the negative into positive, then the universe sees you as a person doing his job and fulfilling his agreement. But if you are starving at the same time, the universe does not know about it! How is this possible? (you may ask). Remember that you are biological beings undergoing your lesson in a small cultural aquarium especially for people. The Universe needs to know your needs and this is done through guides. As strange as it may sound, it is necessary to ask for everything that is not spiritual. The Universe does know what your next karmic lesson will be, what you will go through, or what obvious opportunity will open up for you, but it needs to be informed of what you need to exist in the human fishbowl. First of all, you need food! You provide yourself with it by working for money (money is not a spiritual concept). Don't ask for specific scenarios; just inform your mentors about the general state of affairs in your environment. Kryon clearly reminded us that guides are our main link to the other side of the veil. Let them know that you need a job, indicate the amount of money you need, or ask how the universe can help you get to a place where you can work less and earn more, etc. Don't give them specific wishes: they will be accepted literally and will limit the final result. Tell mentors what you need, but don't tell them how to provide it. This is called co-creation.

You need to really talk to mentors. Say everything out loud. Listen to your words (to avoid inaccurate wording), and then wait! You will definitely get what you talked about. I have experienced this myself many times. When I do not communicate with mentors, the situation worsens, and when contact is resumed, the situation takes the most unexpected turn. Never stop connecting with them (let it become almost like daily prayer for you), but also remember to take time to listen quietly.

For those who have received new mentors, I advise you to start talking to them immediately. Firstly, otherwise they will develop such activity in your head that you will feel like a person not of this world and in the end you will burn out. You need to let them know how quickly they can work on your new implants... otherwise they will work on them with such haste that you won't be able to function properly! The woman I interviewed who had recently received new mentors did not know this. She felt such pressure in her head, as if she were wearing a tight helmet. In addition, the energy flowed in so intensely that at times she had to get up and leave the room if she was in it with other people, because their energies collided with her energy flow and this made her feel uncomfortable. Everything described can be avoided by simply informing mentors about your needs. As a postscript to this warning, I must tell you that being with someone who has just received new mentors is very beneficial.

Coming into contact with such fresh, new enlightenment simply elevates you. This fact allowed me to imagine what could be expected when organizing a meeting of a group of such people. The negative doesn't have the slightest chance.

Those of you who do not wish to move into a new state can also learn a lot from the basic information provided about the universal new energy. Kryon clearly states that new energy gives us new abilities. In fact, they consist in intensifying self-awareness and realizing one’s own capabilities.

That is, now we are allowed to interact much more with our own powerful “particle of God” that Kryon spoke about.

However, we can only use it through mentors. We may not be able to tap into it ourselves (hence the suggestion of a neutral imprint), but we can still become much stronger and help people and ourselves through constant contact with our guides.

Good contact with mentors is a topic worthy of its own book, since it is clearly not ordinary intuitive human behavior.

Want simple but effective advice? Ask the mentors themselves about how to establish contact! Start by asking out loud, albeit haltingly, for help in finding the best way to communicate (see next paragraph). And immediately begin to explain what you need - both spiritually and physically. Remember: they are here to make sure everything is okay for you. Their true purpose is to help you work through your karmic interactions. So take advantage of this new-found, improved communication channel!

The most important thing in contact with mentors is (guess what?) LOVE.

Without it, you simply cannot communicate. Love your mentors as you love God. Love them as you would love your closest person, pet or any other creature on Earth. Picture yourself and them hugging each other tightly...then start communicating. Are you waiting for results? There will be results!

Imprints and implants

Are these two terms confusing to you? If yes, then you are not alone. Many people asked me to talk about them. Although Kryon does a good job of explaining these two important concepts in this book, I believe the following and the supporting diagram will help you get a clearer picture. Your imprint is the spiritual “fingerprint” that you are born with. It is present at the cellular level and interacts with your DNA, with your biology.

It cannot be changed. Examples of an imprint are: karmic lessons you have planned for yourself; astrological influences at the time of birth (the zodiac sign you were born under, reflecting your magnetic balance); your star karma; your life lessons and your auric color. These are very important attributes that affect personality traits, ego, body type, emotional status, immunity to diseases and the “life line” in general.

Although this imprint cannot be changed (ever), it can be neutralized or influenced by an equally powerful spiritual tool (see next paragraph) Is this difficult to understand? Imagine this: the water in your lawn watering hose is constantly under pressure. Pressure is provided by a large water pumping station, and it is always there. However, by installing adjustable water sprinklers, you can control this pressure or even eliminate it completely. Thus, to neutralize something, something must be added.

Your implant is like such a regulator. It inhibits the effect of the imprint.

Consider your own implants as "limiters" or variable regulating devices of your imprint. Unlike an imprint, they are constantly changing and serve as a convenient mechanism for the universe to provide guides with access to your “spiritual engine.” At birth, you have a number of implants that limit certain aspects of your character. The typical human implant we all have (as Kryon explains) limits our intelligence and intelligence. As a result, we maintain a two-dimensional view of time and tend to think of the universe in a two-dimensional perspective. As we become more enlightened, this implant is adjusted or even replaced altogether so that we can “see” more clearly. Examples of what implants affect are: spiritual balance (how limited is your enlightenment?), intelligence (as mentioned), your tolerance and irritability, your wisdom, your talents and your inner peace. Your birth imprint may define you as a short-tempered person with a large physique, but as you work out your karma, the implants can change everything 180 degrees. It is extremely important to remember the background to all this.

You chose this order of things before your incarnation on the planet in the infinite wisdom and love of the particle of God that you are when you do not take the “lesson”.

Basically the universe is using the implant to RELEASE you from your karma. When you successfully navigate a period of your life that corresponds to some karmic lesson, you are rewarded with an implant that releases part of the innate imprint that determined the original lesson. To use the old hose analogy, this is similar to turning off individual sprinklers when certain areas of the lawn have been sufficiently watered. The water pressure remains, but in these areas you no longer need it. Therefore, by turning off the sprinklers, you locally cancel it and are freed from the need to use it. Applying for a neutral implant is like asking the universe for LIBERATION. As Kryon says, this is your new privilege. With the new energy on our planet, the universe is offering you special senior guides. They will arrive at your request and give you a series of excellent neutralizing attributes that will almost completely nullify the characteristics of your previous life predetermined by your innate imprint. You will be able to shed most of your innate spiritual characteristics - let go of all karmic lessons, achieve greater enlightenment (while becoming wiser, more tolerant and calmer), become balanced, improve your health and prepare to work to heal the planet. No wonder some call the implant “Liberation”! The mechanism of such liberation is revealed by the love-filled message of the teacher Kryon, set out in this book. Inextricably linked to all of this is the fact that by engaging in karmic release, you are helping to transform negativity into positivity on the planet in a way that was not possible until recently. Connection with the Universe

A person turns out to be able to obtain knowledge from a data bank “directly”, and precisely that which interests him.
